NERGC 2013
The NERGC 2013 conference was held in Manchester, New Hampshire from Wednesday, April 17 through Sunday, April 21. I attended five seminars on both Friday and Saturday, and all were wonderful. During the two days I learned a great deal about a variety of topics including gravestone studies, DNA research, QR (quick response) codes for mobile devices, alien registration for Italians during World War II, and medical conditions indigenous to Americans of French-Canadian descent. The conference was well-attended and was an energizing experience. I greatly anticipate the next NERGC conference in 2015 at Providence, Rhode Island.
